Can customers reach you?
Contact buttons, telephone links and booking destinations. Does the next step take someone where it should?
For small service businesses
Your website should give customers a clear next step. We check the enquiry process, show you what needs attention, and fix an agreed problem.
Get an initial checkFree initial look. A clear scope before you commit.
Tell us about your vehicle and preferred time. We’ll confirm availability and pricing before your booking is final.
Demonstration only. Not a customer result or a revenue claim.
The enquiry journey
A broken link and an unclear instruction need different fixes. We explain what we can verify and what still needs testing with you.
Contact buttons, telephone links and booking destinations. Does the next step take someone where it should?
Enquiry controls, readable instructions and layouts that remain usable on a smaller screen.
Quote, request or confirmed booking? Page wording and confirmation messages should describe the real process.
Straightforward scope
For a suitable, clearly defined problem on one website. We confirm feasibility and access before accepting the work.
Payment due within seven days after demonstration and acceptance of the agreed repair.
For one website. A defined checking routine with findings you can understand.
Monthly opt-in. We agree a start date and checking schedule first. Cancel before your next renewal.
Scheduled checks are not continuous monitoring. Form-delivery tests require an agreed test route. Rebuilds, hosting, paid plugins, malware removal and payment-processing repairs are outside these prices. No promise of extra sales or uninterrupted service.
A simple way to start
You keep control of your website. We ask for a secure platform invitation only when access is needed for agreed work.
Tell us what seems wrong, or ask us to take an initial look at your public enquiry page. No login needed.
We explain the issue and whether it fits the fixed-price service. Agree the scope and checks before proceeding.
We demonstrate the change and hand it over. Any live form test is arranged with you first.
We tell you. An initial check is not a commitment to buy a repair, and a design preference is not automatically a fault.
We check the platform, access and proposed work first. Some changes need your existing developer or a broader project. We do not accept a fixed-price repair until we know it is suitable.
No. The initial look uses public pages and links. If a repair needs a form-delivery test, we arrange a clearly labelled test with the owner and confirm receipt together.
The repair is a separate job. Ongoing checks are optional and billed monthly in advance after you opt in. Cancel by email before the next billing date; service continues through the paid period. Unused correction time does not roll over.
